"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experience." Gordon B. Hinckley, 2006

SYTYCD Concert

Last night we partied in our seats at the E Center at the SYTYCD concert. It was great to see all my "friends" again--I'd been having withdrawals. This time I saw them live instead of on my TV though. I love that show. Why oh why do they only air it in the summer?
(Ali and I arrived an hour early so we could spend all of our husbands' hard earned money on souvenirs, buy lots of overpriced food, and take pictures of ourselves.)
(Here we are doing the Snuggles "Happy Dance".)
We met up with Desiree and her sister-in-law there--and I'm a total loser and have already forgotten her name. What's wrong with my brain? She was super nice though, and it was fun hanging out with them. Thanks Desiree for getting tickets for us! You're so awesome!!!
(Please notice that I have already donned my souvenir T-shirt at this point. Slept in it. Am wearing it again today. Is that too gross?)

Obligatory 4-Real picture. The way overused trademark of season 4 this year. Oh well, one last time I guess. Then please stop because I don't know how much more of the "4-real" America wants to see. Oh yes I do, none.

We screamed, we cheered, we clapped. We ran into lots of people we knew. Good times.

Until next summer.....

I have never seen any of this show, but boy I'm wishing I had now. When is the next season? Cute pics. And good job for wearing your shirt the whole time, what a true supporter.

I am so jealous! I am in withdrawals when that show is not on. Since last season and the unbelievable performances, Dancing with the Stars is just not as enchanting. I guess it is just another reason to look forward to May!

How fun!!! So did they perform new numbers or numbers from the show? Sienna wanted to go so bad...maybe next year. I agree, this show should just keep on going, like the energizer bunny! My fav!

I bet that was a great concert - what fun! I meant to tell you before - I thought it was great coincidence - my 3rd grade BFF opened her own dance studio here in CA and it is also called Dancemakers - my daughter got to dance with her for 2 years before we moved to another town - we so miss it! But of course found dancing in our town - now I'm on the hunt again being out here in London! Thanks for sharing!
