"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experience." Gordon B. Hinckley, 2006

Joeyissm

We have a family tradition that whenever we drive past a temple, we all start singing "I Love to see the Temple."

We were driving yesterday, and Joey said, "There's a temple!"

I smiled and said, "That's just a church, but it does have a big steeple, doesn't it?"

Joey paused for a minute then said, "Can we sing the song anyway?"

I said "Sure," and we sang the song. Then my little thinker was quiet again for a minute.

After a few minutes he whispered, "I think I can feel Jesus.....It feels really good."

He's right. It's the best feeling in the world.

Nothing compares.

What a sweetheart he is. Just imagine that feeling magnified when he gets baptized and receives the Holy Ghost.

Awww...little boys just melt my heart! And I have to add that I really believe he does feel Jesus. Children are never too far away from Him.
