"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experience." Gordon B. Hinckley, 2006

Happy Birthday Joe Joe!

oh joey.

life would not be the same without you.  you make me smile every single day.  ok--you make us all laugh hysterically.

growing up without brothers, i had no idea having a little boy would be this much fun.

you definitely beat to the rhythm of your own drum.  no one can tell you how things should be, because you already have your own ideas about it.  and that's just fine with me.

you are such a little smarty pants.  where do you come up with some of these ideas that are bouncing around in that little head of yours? you are a thinker.

the whole world thanks you for your joeyissms.  lookin forward to many more.

i love you to the moon and back, kiddo.

i love being your mom.  i'm so lucky you are mine.

xoxo

Happy birthday Joey! I remember you coming into my classroom and telling me you were pregnant. So long ago yet it feels like only yesterday.
