"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experience." Gordon B. Hinckley, 2006

We all face challenges

"When the challenges of mortality come, and they come for all of us, it may seem hard to have faith and hard to believe. At these times only faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and His Atonement can bring us peace, hope, and understanding. Only faith that He suffered for our sakes will give us the strength to endure to the end. When we gain this faith, we experience a mighty change of heart, and like Enos, we become stronger and begin to feel a desire for the welfare of our brothers and sisters. We pray for them, that they too will be lifted and strengthened through faith on the Atonement of our Savior Jesus Christ."

(Elder Robert D. Hales, "Finding Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ," Ensign, November 2004)

I think this is such a great reminder, because we certainly all have challenges!

I love this quote...makes me so excited for conference. Hey, what's up with your menu thing? Do you plan out your meals each week at the beginning? I need meal organization tips and it looks like you've got a good thing going.

Shawni--

I do plan at the beginning of each week, sometimes Saturday, but I'm usually not that good. Ever since I've started posting my menu plan Monday it's helped me be more organized. You should post yours too if you want!
